About our services
SW Pest Management provides professional pest control services across North Cornwall and North Devon, including rodent control, wasp nest removal, bed bug control, ant control, insect control, commercial pest control and emergency callouts. All treatments are carried out by Jack, our owner and sole technician, or by members of our team under his supervision.
Quotes
Every job starts with a free quote, provided after we have discussed your pest problem or carried out a survey. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden charges. If the job turns out to be significantly different from what was quoted — for example, a larger infestation is found during treatment — we will contact you to agree any change before proceeding.
Bookings and cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. For emergency callouts, a cancellation fee may apply if we arrive on site and the job cannot proceed.
Your responsibilities
You agree to:\n\n- Provide accurate information about your pest problem and property.\n- Give us safe access to the areas that need treating.\n- Follow any preparation and aftercare advice we give you, including keeping children and pets away from treated areas for the time we advise.\n- Let us know if the situation changes between the quote and the visit.
Liability
We carry full public liability insurance and take reasonable care in carrying out all treatments. Our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services in question, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it accurate and up to date, we give no guarantee that it is free from errors. The website is provided "as is".

Common questions
Do you guarantee the work?＋
We stand behind our treatments and provide follow-up advice after every job. If a treated pest problem returns within the warranty period agreed at the time of the job, we will return to put it right.
What if I need to cancel an emergency callout?＋
For emergency callouts, please let us know as soon as possible. If we have already arrived on site and the job cannot proceed, a callout fee may apply.
Are your treatments safe for pets and children?＋
Yes. We use professional products in line with the manufacturer's instructions and all relevant legislation, and we always advise you on keeping pets and children away from treated areas for the recommended time.
